Our two-week work assessments provide the baseline data needed to determine candidates’ areas of strength, weakness, and opportunities for growth. We offer retail, grocery, clerical, janitorial, day care, thrift store, and food service assessment sites. We can even tailor assigned tasks to meet a client’s special needs.
Extended Work Assessments
For clients who are interested in a more immersive work experience, we offer extended 4- to 6-week work assessments. Clients learn how to develop a solid work routine, complete tasks independently, and meet employer productivity rates.

Job shadowing is a career exploration activity that offers an opportunity to spend time with a professional currently working in a person’s career field of interest. Job shadowing offers a chance to see what it’s actually like working in a specific job. Not only do job shadowers get to observe the day-to-day activities of someone in the current workforce, they also get a chance to have their questions answered.
